Use of Vehicle


The Lessee agrees to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and to comply with all traffic regulations.

The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, towing, racing, or off-road driving.
The driver must have a valid driver's license that allows them to drive on public roads in Spain.

 

Insurance and Liability


The Renter agrees to pay for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
In the event of an accident or damage, the Renter must notify the Owner immediately and provide a police report, if applicable.

The Lessee must choose one of the following insurance options:

  • Standard Insurance: The Renter is fully responsible for all damages.
  • Full Covered Insurance: The Lessee pays a deductible of up to €300.

Additional Charges


  • Mileage limit: 100 km/day by default; optional 200 km/day.
  • Extra kilometers: €0.10/km or €10 for every 100 km.
  • Late returns: The daily rate will be charged; frequent late returns may cancel future reservations.

Vehicle Status and Return


The vehicle is delivered in good condition and must be returned in the same condition,
including the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.

The Owner reserves the right to inspect the vehicle upon return.
If maintenance is required during the rental period, the Lessee must provide an invoice to receive reimbursement.

All vehicles are equipped with GPS for mileage tracking, theft prevention, and management of fines.

 

Termination


Either party may terminate the rental agreement early by providing written notice.
The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle immediately upon termination.

 

Applicable Law


This contract is governed by the laws of Torrevieja, Alicante.
