2. Purpose of the Terms

 

These Terms regulate access to the website, the use of our services, the rental conditions of our vehicles,
and the responsibilities of both the customer and Los Angeles Car Rental.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the site and services.

 

3. Eligibility to Rent a Vehicle

 

To rent a vehicle, the customer must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Spain
  • Provide valid identification ID/Passport, NIE, DNI
  • Provide payment information
  • Comply with all local traffic laws

Los Angeles Car Rental reserves the right to refuse rental to any customer who does not meet these requirements.

 

4. Reservation Process

 

Reservations may be made via website, phone, or in person. A reservation is confirmed only when a confirmation email or message has been sent.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information.

 

5. Pricing, Payments & Deposits

 

5.1 Pricing

 

Prices vary based on vehicle type, season, duration, selected extras, and insurance options.
All prices include taxes.

 

5.2 Payment

 

Payments may be made using credit/debit cards or cash.

 

5.3 Security Deposit

 

A refundable security deposit may be required. It will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition.

 

6. Vehicle Use Guidelines

 

Customers agree to:

  • Drive responsibly and follow Spanish traffic laws
  • Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Not allow unauthorized drivers
  • Not use the vehicle for illegal or commercial purposes
  • Not transport hazardous materials
  • Not leave Spain

Violations may result in fees, loss of deposit, or legal action.

 

7. Fuel Policy

 

Vehicles have to be returned with the same tank of fuel.
Missing fuel will be charged along with a refuelling fee.

 

8. Insurance & Damages

 

All rentals include mandatory insurance. Additional coverage may be purchased for:

  • Collision damage
  • Theft protection

Customers are responsible for:

  • Damages not covered by insurance
  • Lost keys
  • Interior damage
  • Tires, mirrors, and windscreens (unless covered by optional insurance)
 

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Cancellations by Customer

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental date.

 

Cancellations by Los Angeles Car Rental

We may cancel reservations due to missing documentation, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
If so, a full refund of any prepayment will be issued.

 

10. Vehicle Return

 

Vehicles must be returned on time, to the agreed location, and in the same condition.
Late returns may result in additional fees.

 

11. Website Usage Terms

 

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website fraudulently
  • Access restricted areas
  • Upload viruses or harmful software
  • Copy or reuse website content without authorization

We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical issues.

 

12. Intellectual Property

 

All content on losangelescarrental.es (text, images, design, logos, code) is owned by Los Angeles Car Rental.
Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without authorization.

 

13. Personal Data Protection

 

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

 

Los Angeles Car Rental is not responsible for:

  • Errors made by users during booking
  • Damages caused by improper vehicle usage
  • Loss of personal items
  • Technical issues affecting the website

15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required, disputes will be handled by the courts of
Torrevieja.
