- You have to be over 18 years and have a legal driving license.
- What documents do I need to rent a car?
- Driving License & Identity Card
- Do I need an extra insurance to rent a car?
- No, basic insurance is included in the price but you can take a fully covered insurance that will cost an additional 10 euro/day.
- Are there any age surcharges for young or senior drivers?
- No.
- What is the fuel policy for rented cars?
- You return the car with the same amount of fuel.
- What happens if I return the car late?
- You will be charged for an extra day and you can get banned from renting a car with us. We have a strict schedule and if you bring the car late the next reservation will be delayed and we do not want that to happen. If you need the car longer just let us know in advance and we can check if it’s available or we can reserve another car for you.
- Can I rent a car with a debit card instead of a credit card?
- You can pay in cash, debit – or credit card.
- Are there any restrictions on where I can take the rental car?
- You can’t cross the border of Spain.
- How do I extend my rental period?
- You can notify us by Whatsapp or E-mail and after confirmation you can extend the rental.
- What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown with the rental car?
- Contact us first so we can arrange a tow truck and provide another car so you can continue your journey.
